Sell your items here in our shop!

Bourgeois Z Vintage rents spaces for retail display and sales of mostly vintage furniture, artwork, jewelry, clothing, accessories, housewares, and collectibles.  Spaces are rented on a month-to-month basis in exchange for monetary compensation.

The theme of the store is middle-class Vintage, meaning affordable to the general public and in very nice condition.  Vintage means at least 20 years old, and vendors will be expected to maintain a majority of their inventory as such.

• Vendors are paid monthly.
• Vendors pay a 15% commission.
• All items must be tagged with prices and your vendor number.  Keep prices in increments of $0.25
  (i.e. $1.00, $1.25, $1.50, $1.75,and so on).
• Vendors must keep their merchandise in their assigned areas.
• Vendors should maintain their space on a weekly basis.  Please place items that are not yours either in their correct spaces or in the back room.
• Vendors may use the front sidewalk area on sunny days.
• Vendors must retrieve their items from outside by 4:30pm.
• Vendors are responsible for their pricing materials.  Please be creative!  No plain white paper with black lettering.
• Cross-selling is welcome! Feel free to use Craigslist, eBay, or other malls.
• Vendors are encouraged to display a sign naming their space.
• We do layaways for customers - taking 50% down, with balance due in 30 days.
• Vendors are eligible for discounts of 10% on items of $10 and up, so keep this in mind while pricing.
• Please use the vacuum and broom to clean your space (don't forget to return them to their usual place).
• Please replace or return anything you use from the store, such as hangers & other supplies.
• No smoking is allowed in front of the store, only in the far back of the building.
• Vendors are not allowed in the café service area or kitchen.
• Other store policies may arise in the future; all vendors will be notified.
